Daytime Restaurant/Café

Table Waited Service Café/Restaurant

We are currently re-opening the restaurant in managed phases to comply with Covid 19 requirements. This is a gradual process.

We started in the safest way possible with the gardens opening for for restaurant/café service everyday, and our inside main barn/conservatory area is now ready for use with perspex screens between bay and tables spaced appropriately. The service will be table waited.

10:30 - 4:30pm

Lunches only will be served in the farmhouse restaurant between 12 - 2:30pm (outside of this time coffees/teas and snacks are available throughout the establishment).
There is a courtyard marquee to accomodate teas/coffees and snacks all day (and through lunchtime).
Tables in the garden will be made available if the weather permits, but will otherwise be only available for customers to explore after eating.

We are also now taking bookings for the farmhouse restaurant!

Private dining during the COVID

Private dining during the COVID

During the daytime we have a private dining area in our meeting room next to the restaurant.
This is ideal for small family gatherings and has the capacity for 18 - 24 people. This would be on 3 rectangular tables during this COVID time where we must maintain social distancing.

During the evening we have more capacity up to roughly 70 people all properly spaced, We will be happy to discussing special events where guest numbers are more than 35 so please call us.

(Strict number will depend on family bubbles.)

Food Allergies, Intolerances and Special Dietary Requirements

We recognise that there are many reasons for dietary constraints and they differ from person to person. We are familiar with the most common on these restrictions, whether they are food allergies and intolerances, such as dairy-free, shellfish allergies, nut-free and gluten-free, or special dietary requirements, such as vegetarian, vegan and pregnancy.

If you have any allergies please notify the counter staff or waiting staff, (where applicable.)

We have options available to meet your needs on the lunch time counter - if you are following a vegan diet and would like a hot lunch, please call us the day before your visit to advise us.

We also provide gluten free and vegan cakes.

Inside the Farmhouse Restaurant - the old Barn Building & the Garden Room

The Restaurant has a Garden Room/Conservatory and looks out over the Worcestershire countryside to Hanbury Church and the Malvern Hills, as well as onto the Jinney Ring's gardens and duck ponds. Even on the wettest days there is something to watch in the gardens!

Outside in The Gardens - Eat by the Duck Ponds

Outside in The Gardens - Eat by the Duck Ponds

During the summer it is lovely to eat outside next to the duck ponds. The ducks are quite tame and will always be there if you drop anything like bread!

There is garden furniture throughout the main garden as well as sun umbrellas.

Only food purchased on the premises may be consumed in our grounds. (We do not have a picnic area.)
Birthday Parties, Ladies Lunches, etc.

Birthday Parties, Ladies Lunches, etc.

We are always happy to discuss special parties or events during the daytime. There is a small private room adjacent to the restaurant that can be used for these occasions, or if you are happy to hold your event in the public areas we can also be quite flexible. Please ask at our restaurant counter or contact us by telephone or email to explore the options.

Desserts, Cakes and more Desserts!

Desserts, Cakes and more Desserts!

Our cooks love to experiment and make lots of different desserts - there is always something to make your mouth water and tempt you away from that strict diet!

We make all of our cakes and desserts in our own kitchens from scratch, and also have some gluten fee and diabetic variants available.

You can also order desserts and cakes to take away or for special occasions. We can make personalized birthday and anniversary cakes as well as many other dishes.
