In the main entrance area of the gift shop sits a cider mill. Although this one has never worked something very similar would have been elsewhere in the days when the Jinney Ring buildings were run as a farm (about 400 years ago). The stone press is currently on view as part of our gift shop displays which change regularly.
On the top floor of the shop you can see the original old barn beams in the background. The building is full of nooks and crannies! We try to make the most of them to display artwork, much of which is sourced from local artists. In this picture you can see a hand made rocking horse and also some locally made metal work. We also sell original paintings as well as prints of local artists, many of them covering local scenes.
We stock a wide range of jewellery from the traditional to the more contemporary; some of this is also hand made locally.The clothing that we have in store is mainly (but not entirely) for ladies. The brands we stock are:Emreco, In Town, Steillmann, Fransa, Sea Salt, Lazy Jacks, Casa Mia Our aim is to buy a range of items that you will not find on most high streets, good colours and shapes, but we don't buy many - so if you like it take it as we will not have more!
