We currently have the following vacancies:

Part-time Chef/Cook

We are looking for a flexible, part time Chef/Cook (12 - 15 hours per week) This position principally covers all areas of kitchen work from preparation to cooking and baking. The applicant will need to have ability to cover in all areas when required for holidays, so knowledge of general cooking is also required.

The Farmhouse kitchen is a busy daytime kitchen operation working 7 days per week - hours can be flexed to suit family life, however some flexibility to cover our business requirement such as holidays and sickness will also be required. Applicants must be prepared to work on a weekend when required by the business.

You will work for either the Daytime Restaurant Manager or the Head Chef (depending on shift patterns).

Hours: 12-15 per week

Pay: £6.50 - £7.30 per hour depending on experience

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years cooking experience, preferably including cake making, in a busy kitchen and a good understanding of food hygiene. The successful applicant will also have had experience working in a busy environment.

Part-time Jobshare Cleaner

THE JINNEY RING CRAFT CENTRE is looking for a job-share cleaner for the restaurant, toilets and the shop.

Basic hours approx 2.5 hrs per day 2 days per week (evenings - out of opening hours) start. Plus cover for holidays and absence for job-share partners

£7.50/hour

Are you a thorough and reliable? Previous experience not required but would be an advantage.

This position will be available from the last week of March 2012 ongoing.
